    • Global License Authority LLC is a private company and is not a government agency or affiliated with any government authority. We do not issue government-issued driver's licenses or other government documents
    • The document we provide is a translation of your domestic driving license, not a standalone license, and acceptance may vary by country, authority, rental company or other third party
    • You must hold a valid driving license from your country to use our service

    User Responsibilities

    • You must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process
    • You are responsible for ensuring your domestic license is valid and current
    • You must comply with the driving laws of the country you are visiting
    • Misuse of the IDP or providing false information may result in order cancellation without refund

    Payments & Pricing

    • All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable service fees
    • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
    • The total amount is confirmed before checkout
    • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

    • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission

    • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

    • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK
    • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time
    • Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
